MEETINGS:  Third Thursday of month at various libraries usually Central Library (even numbered months, branch locations on odd months).
 
PURPOSE: To comply with the Oklahoma City/County Library Act and to serve as the governing branch of the City/County Library system. To oversee the operation of the library, including the appointment and salary of the Chief Executive Officer. To establish systemwide policies and regulations, personnel policies and hours of service. To administer the expenditure of all funds (except gifts), acquire land and construct and maintain buildings.
