Entry forms, books, and other items may be picked up during office hours.

The purpose of the Tulsa County Free Fair is to provide residents of Tulsa County the opportunity to compete and showcase classic homemaking skills including canning, baking, sewing and more. In addition 4-H members must compete in the county fair “indoor exhibits” in order to qualify for state
4-H competition.

In addition, the county fair provides an opportunity for area non-profit organizations to interact and share information with fair attendees.
